Directions (Driving)

The one way system in Dublin City Centre can be a little confusing, so we have put together some instructions to hopefully make directions to the Drury Court Hotel a bit clearer. Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to call the hotel reception directly on +35314751988 and we shall do our very best to assist you.

From Dublin Airport:

From Dublin Airport follow signage for the City Centre. This will bring you from the Swords Road onto Dorset Street continuing onto Bolton Street and onto North King Street. Follow the road around to the left onto Church Street, which will take you over the River Liffey, continuing straight on to Bridge Street (you will see the Brazen Head pub – the oldest in Dublin – on your right hand side).

At the top of the street, keep in the left hand lane past St. Audoen’s church onto High street, through a set of traffic lights. Continue straight on, with Christchurch Cathedral on your left hand side and Jury’s Inn Christchurch on your right hand side. After Jury’s Inn there is a right hand turn (by Leo Burdock’s Fish and Chip restaurant) that will take you onto Werburgh Street.

At the next set of traffic lights take a left onto Golden Lane, past the Radisson Hotel and continue onto Stephen’s Street. Go straight through the traffic lights at the end of the street, and the Drury Court Hotel is on the right hand side- past a purple coffee shop called Accents. The Drury Street Car Park is then the next left, with St. Stephen’s Green Car Park at the end of the street; we have discounted parking rates for both of these.

From South Dublin: Take the N11 and follow the signs for Stephen’s Green/ City Centre through Donnybrook. Continue straight on Upper Leeson Street, and follow the road onto St. Stephen’s Green (R110). Keep in the right hand lane, and take a right at Redmond’s Hill (by O’Hara’s Pharmacy) onto Aungier Street.

Continue in a straight line until you see a Costcutter newsagents on the left by a set of traffic lights- because of the one way system, it is necessary to take this turn to the left onto Longford Street Little. Take the next turn to the right onto Stephen Street Upper, and continue in a straight line through the traffic lights. The Drury Court Hotel is located on Stephen Street Lower, just past a coffee shop with a purple sign called Accents and before the Hairy Lemon pub.

From the West: From the N4, follow signs for Dublin City Centre and continue onto the Chapelizod Bypass (R148). This will take you onto Wolfetone Quay, and from here you can turn right over the River Liffey on to Bridge Street (you will see the Brazen Head pub – the oldest in Dublin – on your right hand side).
